Breckenridge. This family-friendly park features a nature-inspired playground designed to stimulate children's imaginations and encourage active play. The park is right next to the Blue River, providing beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere for parents and kids alike. It also features a pump track so don’t forget your bikes!

Carter Park has a lot to offer, from a spacious off-leash area for your furry children, to tennis courts, a softball field, volleyball courts, and even access to some of our favorite family friendly hikes! Carter Park is also the perfect spot for some winter fun, transforming into a sledding hill. The pavilion is also a popular spot for community events and private gatherings, making it a perfect destination for just about anything.

High Line Railroad Park is the perfect place to get a bit of history with your children’s playtime. This park incorporates the rich railroad history of Breckenridge with a restored rotary snowplow train engine and other historical artifacts. Kingdom Park is another versatile space that caters to all ages. The park has a playground, basketball courts, softball fields, and even a skate park! In the summer, its proximity to the Breckenridge Recreation Center is an added bonus.

While not technically in Breckenridge, just a short drive away is the Frisco Adventure Park. This park is an action sport lovers playground, featuring a bike park with progressive jump lines for people of all ages and skill levels. It also has an extensive skate park for those who prefer four wheels to two. The Frisco Adventure Park also offers tubing, a beginner ski and snowboard hill, and sleigh rides in the winter! After just one trip here I know everyone will gain some new skills!
